The first Fabbri 1905 single-brand flagship store at Fico Eataly World

We had the pleasure of accompanying the birth of the first Fabbri 1905 single-brand store in the Italian agri-food park, FICO Eataly World, a place that reinvents the way of telling the story of the gastronomic production chain, with particular emphasis on raw materials, the connection with the land and its production traditions. This new center is located in the former premises of the Centro Agroalimentare di Bologna where more than 150 companies are linked by the same project: telling the story of our territory by talking about agriculture, production models, sustainability, with points of sale, tastings, educational, training, multimedia and recreational itineraries.

In a context in which the best local products are presented to an international public, Fabbri 1905, the Bolognese company born over a hundred years ago as a small family business specialized in the production of preserves and distillates, could not be missed. After a century of development and evolution, it brings the genuine and authentic flavors of the Italian tradition to every preparation, whether in pastry, ice cream, coffee shop or beverage.

For this unmissable occasion, we were commissioned to design a place capable of combining the company’s history with practical business needs. The result is a functional environment for product sales that is welcoming and varied. Apoint of sale with a strong identity in which the consumer is informed and guided to the recipe, through the knowledge of its raw materials. From space planning to communication design,we seek a sensory immersion in the Fabbri world.

To celebrate the brand icon, the symbol of excellence of this great company: the Amarena Fabbri ceramic jar was placed at the center of the store. A very recognizable totem from the outside, which houses the product display and a monitor with supporting videos.
